Can I transfer my registration to another distance or runner ?

You can make your transfer request until 22 March 2026 by going to the online registration website and clicking on :"Add an option"

Then log in using:

  • Your registration reference number that you received in the confirmation email of your registration
  • The email address you used to register

You then simply need to:

  • Tick the option "Bib transfer" and then :
    • TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON :
      You can transfer your bib WITHOUT a refund (except for purchased options) to the person of your choice. Please enter the Last Name, First Name and Email of this person. This person will receive an email within 7 days and will need to pay a transfer fee of 5€ to finalise their registration. Once the person is registered, you will automatically be removed from the registrations and refunded only for your options.
    • REQUEST TO CHANGE RACE :
      For a race change request, please enter again your Last Name, First Name and Email address and indicate the race you wish to be transferred to. You will receive an email with a link allowing you to register for the new event subject to availability.
      Once registered for the new event, you will then be refunded for your previous registration and options and removed from the original race.

After 22 March, changes can be made on site ONLY on Saturday 11 April at Namur Expo. Furthermore, all registered transfer requests now serve as official confirmation. This document will validate the transfer ONLY on Saturday, April 11, 2026, even in the absence of the seller. Final processing of the file will take place exclusively on-site on April 11, 2026, in the presence of the buyer (with or without the seller).

The bib transfer fee is 5€.

Is running with a dog allowed ?

No.

Are there showers on site ?

Yes, there are changing rooms and showers at the Tabora sports center (arrival site), around 100 showers.

When and where can I collect my bib ?

Race numbers can be collected upon presentation of your registration confirmation, which was sent by email prior to the event, and/or your valid official ID.

Your race number can be collected at a Trakks store of your choice starting Wednesday, March 18, 2026, for all registrations validated by noon on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Race numbers can be collected at the Trakks stores in Gosselies, Etterbeek, Rocourt, and Uccle until Thursday, April 9, 2026. Race numbers can be collected at the Trakks store in Jambes until Friday, April 10, 2025.

The store you choose is final at the time of registration and cannot be changed. 

After 12:00 PM on Sunday, March 3, 2026, the bib number must be collected on-site at Namur Expo on April 11 and 12, 2026. It will be personalized for all participants who registered by 11:59 PM on March 29, 2026.

All assigned bib numbers are final and irrevocable.

If you chose to send by post. Your bib will be sent during the month of March 2026, after the first bib printing.

How do I access my registration form?

To access your registration form, follow this LINK. 

Is there a bag drop space ?

Organized and easily accessible drop bag spaces are provided at the start of each race. Your bags must be numbered with the detachable bracelet on your bib. The lockers will be organized and numbered using semi-trailers for storage.

Your bag can be collected after arrival at Namur Expo.

Can I receive my bib by post ?

Yes.

Postal delivery is a paid option to choose during registration.

This is a firm and definitive choice for all registrations made no later than March 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Your bib will be sent during the month of March 2026, after the first bib printing.

Are there toilets at departures ? and about the supplies ?

Yes, there are sufficient toilets at each departure and at each supply.

Are the half-marathon and marathon routes homologated ?

Yes. Both courses were measured by the official bodies of the Belgian Francophone League.

The 10k isn’t measured officially. 

Can someone other than me collect my bib ?

Yes, upon presentation of a copy of the identity card or the bib allocation email.

How do I add an option to my registration?

To add an option to your registration (medal, shuttle, t-shirt, etc.), you must follow this LINK and bring your registration reference and your email address.

If your bank refuses the addition, you will have to add it on Saturday April 11, 2026 at Namur Expo.

Are there SAS at departures ?

Yes.

Marathon:

  • Red: elite
  • Green: 2:31 – 3:00
  • Orange: 3:01 - 3:30 
  • Yellow: 3:31 - 4:00

  • Blue: 4:31 and more (max 6 our)

Half marathon :

10K:

  • Red: elite

Are places limited for the marathon, half-marathon and 10K?

Yes, we will welcome a maximum of 11.000 runners. Please see the regulation for details.

Yes.
