How do I create a group?

For each group, a file management fee of a fixed amount of 5 € excluding VAT is applied as well as an amount of 0,75 € excluding VAT per participant.

 

Classic group package

  • Grouped bib collection ;
  • Personalized bib with the name of the group ;
  • An invitation for a group photo with our photographer at the partner village ;
  • Only one invoice.

Groups and companies must strictly respect the following rules :

  • Minimum of 8 people;
  • Group/company registration MUST be finalized no later than 11:59 PM on Tuesday, February 23, 2027, to obtain race bibs pesonalized with the group name, in accordance with the terms agreed upon with the organizer;
  • From Wednesday, February 24, 2027, group registration remains open until March 28, 2027 (inclusive), but bibs will NOT be personalized, and pickup must take place on-site;
  • Payment for group/company registrations must be made as a single lump sum for the entire group, following the organizer's instructions;
  • Bib pickup:
    • When creating the group, the team captain must select one specific option:
      • Postal delivery to the organization's headquarters. The group registration must be finalized by 11:59 PM on Tuesday,
      • February 23, 2027 (postal fees to be covered by the association based on a quote);
      • Group pickup at a Trakks store (see pickup details);
      • Group bib pickup in the designated queue during the weekend of April 3–4, 2027;
      • Individual bib pickup in the queues designated for individual pickup.

All runners must have completed their registration for the captain to be able to collect the bibs.
